The Sydney Royal's horse section runs across the whole show, with led, ridden, harness and jumping classes drawing exhibitors from every corner of NSW and beyond. On-site stabling is tight and rotates with the program, so many exhibitors base their team outside the city and travel in for their section.

We want both visiting horses and our resident animals to feel safe, calm and well cared for. The property is also home to our much-loved animals, including goats, chickens, geese and our dogs. Our little Ferncroft family is part of the experience — guests may meet Gaston, Maurice, Fifi, Mrs Potts and our free-ranging chickens during their stay. You can stay in our cottage built for up to 4 guests. Outdoors open fire pit with wood supplied and indoors fireplace to keep warm. Bedroom with queen bed and lounge room with futon fold out. Kitchen with provisions included and coffee machine. Fresh farm eggs in the fridge. Paddock for your horse right at the gate with you and plenty of room to float in. We are at the end of the dirt road and many trails for you to ride from the cottage.
