The horse is at the Owner’s risk at all times. It is the Owner’s responsibility to insure the horse against all risks while they are at the Agistment property or being transported.

The Owner is responsible to pay for any damage they, their horse(s) or people accompanying them infict on the property. This includes damage to fencing, chewed posts or any damage to the facilities.

It is a policy ALL persons riding on the property must wear an approved helmet and riding boots when riding. It is suggested to have own Ambulance and personal accident/injury insurance.

Payment for agistment is to be made regularly and must always be 2 weeks in advance. Notice to Agistor of Owner permanently removing horse must be given a minimum of 7 days before removal.

Please keep all dogs on leashes and children supervised at all times. The driveway and area around the house, sleepout, open shed, container and dog yards is private and not to be entered.
