Updating the Availability of a Listing
Learn how to update your listing’s availability on Farmshare, including blocking dates and managing time slots.
As a host on Farmshare, you’re in full control of when your listing is available for booking.
You can change your schedule at any time—adding or removing available days, adjusting time slots, or blocking dates completely.
Can I change the availability of my listing?
Yes. Farmshare makes it easy to adjust the availability of your listing whenever you need.
You can:
- Add new available days or times
- Remove specific time slots
- Block out entire days
- Reset and rebuild your availability schedule
How to edit your availability
To update availability for a listing:
- Log in to your Farmshare account
- Go to your Dashboard
- Select My listings
- Find the listing you want to update
- Click Availability
This opens the calendar view for that listing.
Blocking a specific date or time
If you need to make a date or time unavailable:
- Locate the date you want to block in the calendar
- Click the date to view all available slots
- Remove individual time slots to block specific times, or
- Remove all slots on that date to make the entire day unavailable
Changes take effect immediately once saved.
Adjusting availability completely
If you want to fully reset your availability:
- Open the Update availability view
- Review your existing availability schedule
- Use the delete icon to remove all current slots
- Add new availability by selecting:
- Days of the week
- Available time ranges
- Save your changes once you’re happy with the schedule
This is useful if your regular availability has changed or you’re starting fresh.
Things to keep in mind
- Changes to availability do not affect existing bookings
- Guests will only be able to book times that are marked as available
- Blocking dates is useful for holidays, maintenance, or personal time
