Hi Horsey friends 🐴 I’m taking over management of a lovely quiet agistment in Little River, VIC and I’m now looking for friendly, respectful, drama-free agistees to join us. This is a relaxed environment — I’m improving the property continually. There is not much in the way of riding facilities yet but upgrades are happening. --- AVAILABLE PADDOCKS: 2.5 acre paddock Double shelter + day yard $750 per month for 4 horses Max 5 (unless ponies) +$100 per month per additional horse Approx 1.5 acre paddock Double shelter + day yard $650 per month for 3 horses Max 4 (unless ponies) +$100 per month per additional horse 3/4 acre paddock Double shelter $550 per month for 2 horses Max 3 +$100 per month per additional horse --- Included: One stable allocated per paddock Kitchenette + toilet facilities Float parking available ($5 per week) Secure fencing + water access Quiet, respectful environment Bond + Agistment Contract required.
