Training & Riding Infrastructure * Main Arena: A massive 60m x 80m all-purpose arena offering expansive space and featuring a durable screenings and sand surface that offers excellent stability for jumping, gridwork, and multi-rider use. Complete with show jumps and poles. * Dressage Arena: A dedicated Olympic size 20m x 60m arena topped with a consistent screenings and sand blend, providing ideal grip and cushion for precise flatwork and precision training. * Round Yard: A secure 16m sand round yard ideal for groundwork, lunging, and young horse education. Facility Amenities & Access * Washbay: A large washbay area with cross-ties for post-ride rinsing, grooming, and horse care. * Float Parking: Expansive, dedicated parking grounds with plenty of room for easy turnaround and secure float storage. * Property Access: Designed with wide thoroughfares and clear pathways to ensure stress-free arrivals and departures fro vehicles of all sizes. Mandatory Facility Rules *Safety Gear: Approved, current-standard helmets and appropriate riding boots with heel must be worn at all times when mounted. * Property Cleanliness: Riders must clean up after their horses. Please manure scoop the arenas, round yard and washbay after use. * Equipment Care: Jumps and training equipment must be returned to their original positions or storage areas. Report any broken or faulty infrastructure immediately to owners. * Dogs & Visitors: Dogs are prohibited on the property (or must remain on a short leash at all times). Non-riding visitors and children must remain in safe zones and children must be supervised by an adult.
