Ideal for travelling horses —enjoy a quiet overnight stay right near your horses, in a large stable with secure day yard, or grassy paddock What’s included • Several campsite options (self-contained float, roof top or swag camping) • Stable is 7x4.5m and rubber lined. • Day Yard is 10x25m post & rail fenced with shade. • Paddock (0.5ac) near stable with large shelter. • Holding Paddock (0.1ac) near sand arena (no shelter). • 60 x 20m fully fenced sand arena to stretch and settle in. Note this is at bottom of steep hill. • 20x40m grassy arena just adjacent to stable (fenced on 3 sides) • Concrete wash bay with tie rail near stable. Cold wash only. • Quiet, horse-friendly environment • Limited property riding. Country road has moderate vehicle traffic. The property boasts 4 camping sites. The Stables Site: Some of the most impressive views across the rolling green hills to the Great Dividing Range are just meters away. A flat, gravel area of our farm yard is available for self contained horse floats or swag camping. A large shed is available to use as additional weather-resistant living area. The campsite has power, Wifi, phone reception and potable rainwater, but campers will need to have their own toilet. Toilet waste disposal is not available on site. The campsite is part of the farm yard and is therefore only 50m away from the host's house. Occasional cars will come and go immediately past the site. NOTE: The access driveway to the Stables Site is very steep and a large capacity 4WD towing vehicle is required. The Sand Arena Site: This site can accommodate 3 groups of campers and their vehicles. Campers must be fully self-contained as no facilities are available in this open paddock. Toilet waste disposal is not available on site. Horses can use the small holding paddock, or be contained in portable yards within the camping paddock. Phone reception is good, but power for recharging, Wifi, and potable rainwater need to be arranged with the host. Prospective campers must contact host to discuss arrangements at least 48hrs before arriving. 15 mins to Lardner Park Equestrian Centre and 15 mins to indoor arena at Randall Park, near Warragul.
