*"Kwobinyarn" is a historic property nestled on the banks of the Yass River, established circa 1899 and still retaining its old-world charm. The equestrian facilities include a sand dressage arena located near the round yard and stables, a dedicated jumping arena, and spacious paddocks that provide natural obstacles for training across disciplines. Coaching is available with Susan Turner-Davis, a highly qualified instructor holding a Diploma in Equitation Science, EA General Level 1 accreditation, certification as a Riding for the Disabled coach, and recognition as an accredited NDIS provider. For the wellbeing and enrichment of the horses agisted at "Kwobinyarn," Susan has also completed a Certificate in The Five Domains through the University of New England.
