Your tiny home stay You'll stay in one of our private, beautifully appointed off-grid tiny homes, designed to immerse you in the farm while still providing the comforts you need for a relaxing getaway. Your tiny home features a comfortable living and sleeping space, a kitchenette for preparing meals, a spacious walk-in shower and an eco-friendly composting toilet. Outside, you'll have your own BBQ and a beautiful private deck overlooking the farm — the perfect spot for a morning coffee, an evening meal or simply sitting back and taking in the landscape. The tiny homes are completely off-grid, making your stay an opportunity to experience sustainable living first-hand without sacrificing comfort. Wake to the sounds of the farm, step onto your deck and enjoy the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Experience the farm During your stay, explore our tropical food forests, market gardens and natural areas, meet the farm animals, and discover some of the ideas behind permaculture and regenerative living. Guests can also enjoy our self-guided farm audio tour and explore the property at their own pace. High Valley Dawn is 100% off-grid, with renewable energy, rainwater and regenerative systems forming part of everyday life on the property. Bringing your horse? You're very welcome to make your horse part of the holiday too. Rather than leaving them at home, enjoy a getaway where both you and your horse can experience the space and tranquillity of the farm. Please let us know when booking if you'll be bringing a horse so we can make the appropriate arrangements. And while you'll feel a world away, you're still only a short drive from Yeppoon, the beach and everything the beautiful Capricorn Coast has to offer. High Valley Dawn is a working farm. Please respect farm areas, animals, equipment and any areas marked as private or restricted.
Children must be supervised at all times, particularly around open dams, farm animals, horses, machinery and working areas.
Bringing a horse? Please let us know in advance. Horses must be well handled, and owners remain responsible for their horse's care and behaviour during their stay.
We are a 100% off-grid property. Please use water and electricity mindfully and help us care for the farm and its natural environment.
