About This Experience
We have unpowered campsites available, with shower/toilet/washing up block nearby for overnight guests with horses. Our 20 horse yards are in a separate enclosed area, with post and pipe fencing, 20’ x 20’ spaces (4 bays of 5 side by side yards) and there is a dedicated tack/feed shed next to the yards for visitors use. Campsite is separate from horse area. No horses are permitted in the campsite area for safety. Amenities block is between horse area and the campsites. Use of our round arenas and obstacles - ‘the playground’ is available on request as our own horses need to be yarded when in use by outside horses (we have a herd of 9 horses who live on the home paddock) Arenas and obstacle course are inside 200 acres of our 618 acre property and this also leads out into natural Trail riding opportunities amongst 200-400 yr old red gums, grass trees and tea tree scrub…you can DIY your own ridden adventure or book a guided trail ride and we will take you. Our property back onto the Grampians NP (Gariwerd) with 2/3 of the property wrapping around the eastern and southern home paddock boundary fence being Land for Nature covenant protected. This area can only be ridden if accompanied by us on a guided ride, and only for experienced riders and confident trail riding horses. We also have bnb accommodation available under a separate listing here at Farmshare, and also on Airbnb and Riparide.
