Paddocks available for 4 horses. 2 horses maximum per owner per paddock. Good size, approx. 40m x 40m. Post and pickets with plain wire. NO BARB! Lots of natural shade. Good water supply. Super easy verge parking or driveway access for owners plus float parking if required. One paddock set aside for schooling and a lovely horse park a very short hack away down a horse safe road with huge verges so no need to ride of the tarseal. Wash down area, washing machine dedicated for horse gear, safe feed storage, tack storage. Pro as start at $100 per week for self care, and up to $150 for full care. Part care is $100 self care base rate plus $5 per feed up to a cap of $150 (full care price). No working cellphone (until I replace my broken one 😭) so contact via email only at this stage please.
